After 22 years, two Muslim justices seek to enter High Court
After more than 20 years of having no Muslim justices on the Supreme Court of the Philippines, two Muslim magistrates will attempt to enter the High Court and seek the representation for the cultural minorities.
Court of Appeals Justices Japar Dimaampao and Hakim Abdulwahid are on the list of 18 candidates for the vacancy at the Supreme Court when Associate Justice Adolfo Azcuna retires on February 16.
